Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $9.99 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange, at no additional cost. North American exchange orders are sent via standard Canada Post/USPS shipping.
