We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. During holiday season (Nov. 15th to Dec. 31) the return window is extended to 60 days, so products purchased as a gift we be eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

We process returns Monday through Friday. During peak periods - December 1 to February 1 - the return process can take up to five (5) business days.

 

In order to return an item, you must ensure that your product meets all the following criteria:

 

1. It was purchased directly from Foehn.

2. It was purchased less than 30 days ago.

3. It is in a new and unused condition.

4. It must have all tags on.

 

We do not do returns or exchanges on any product purchased above 50% discount. This is considered a final sale and is always clearly marked on the product page.

 

For all product below 50% discount, we offer normal returns and exchanges.

 

Only items that have been purchased directly from Foehn at wearfoehn.com can be returned to Foehn. Foehn products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

 

Like many businesses, we are not exempt from increased global costs facing the energy sector. As a consequence, we've had start charging for returns. Effective June 16th 2022, our returns delivery fees are $9.99 USD + taxes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to visit our return/exchange portal and process your exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
