Foehn for Real Pants

I’ve tried many technical pants from other brands and was never satisfied with the fit, comfort, and durability. I purchased two pair of the Brise for my Annapurna trek and really put them to the test on the trail. The fit and comfort most impress me as a thinner build guy...Brise hold shape, repel dirt/water, and breath like a cross country ski pant. I’ve worked every color into my wardrobe. In a couple months, I’ll stock up so I have a few years of this pant! Excellent customer service and just a couple days for shipping!

Exactly what I was hoping for

Awesome pants! They look great and are super comfortable, I’ve climbed in them several times and they are holding up well so far. Good quick drying performance as well, I got these soaked in a river and they were bone dry in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend

Mostly Cool Pants

I was looking for a good pair of performance pants to wear when I go rock climbing, and I had happened upon these ones. They're made of a real good quality, that is nice and stretchy for all those dynamic moves you do when climbing. Also, the leg pocket (which has a little phone insert to secure it) is a nice touch; no longer will your phone stab you in the hip area when bringing your leg up, if you phone is in it. The only criticism I have though is that the pants are much baggier than I had anticipated (I am a rather skinny person), and the ability to only choose an inseam of 32 also made them look too big, in conjunction with the bagginess. I usually wear a pair of close fitting, black jeans, so it was sort of night and day. Overall though, they're a mostly cool pair of pants, but they just may not be for everyone, especially if you're skinnier (I found at least).

Women's version?

I was wondering if these will be available as a women's option in the future? I really like the overall style and function of these pants and would love the option to own/try them! Thanks!

Great pants, excellent customer service

Very comfortable, high performance pants. My three month old pair were developing fraying when I contacted support. They had a replacement pair sent to me within a week no questions asked. Convinced me to be a customer with quality products, made me a customer for life with exceptional customer service.

The Quarantine Pants you Need

6’, 165lb, no a** to speak of, the 30s fit me perfectly. High quality elastic around the waist and at the cuffs. I haven’t put these to the test doing anything physical but they’ve definitely got the stretch and strength to accommodate any running or lifting I’d have in mind. At the moment these are the perfect pants for day drinking and working from home (separately). Sure you could get some $14 terry joggers from a soon to be bankrupt retailer but you’ll always be thinking of the Brise pants. 10/10 would buy again.

High Quality

Love these pants, very comfortable and I really like the look. This is my second pair and it seems like their new stock is of the same quality (which was a huge relief). I want to caution that these run a little bit big, I'm a true 31" waist and was swimming in the 32". Swapped out for 30" and fit great. I would absolutely recommend these, they are on the pricey side but worth every penny!

If I could only have 1 pair of pants...

Taking these pants out of the bag, the first thing I noticed is the exquisite feel of the fabric. Smooth, yet tough, enough thickness to keep warm in moderate climate, but not too hot that it would be uncomfortable in the summer. Not plasticy (was worried about that). In SoCal weather, these will last all year long (might be too thin for low degC, definitely not warm enough IMO for <0C by themselves, though you could certainly stretch it farther by wearing some liners/tights). DWR coating is great for rainy days and is a plus if you ride motorcycle as these pants are great for mobility on a sportbike. Just enough pocket space for EDC, the thigh pocket is well organized, including a divided compartment and cord strap to secure items you don't want to fall out (great for climbing use). Every aspect of the garment is well thought out. If there was only one thing that stands out, its the soft-welded zipper on the thigh pocket, otherwise it easily gets away in the workplace as a decent pair of pants that are comfortable and functional; strictly speaking in a workplace setting, otherwise it would be considered very techy (a complement in my case). I highly recommend these pants. Great attention to quality and detail and fairly priced. Meets and exceeds the quality of name brands with similar offerings. If I had to choose only 1 pair to keep in my wardrobe, it would be these.
